When you get hit down hard, real hard, remember that you have more than enough strength to get back up. Back to when I was a sophomore in college, I applied to this E-retail fashion company - the only interaction I had with them was no more than a simple phone screening. Okay FINE, I moved on from that rejection. To chase after my "ideal" job whatever, I applied again after college, which is just a few weeks ago, not too long ago or anything. This time around though, I applied for two different positions only because I did not hear back from the first position in weeks. So I thought I would give myself another chance..WRONG. AINT nobody else giving me a chance, I just found that I got rejected by the HR for both of the positions, literally two days after the first rejection. LORD has mercy on me PLEASE.  Maybe it's a way of telling me that it's not meant to be. NOPE

I was lost because I didn't have the courage to choose, I didn't have the courage to open new doors. I was limiting myself, I was holding back my beliefs, my values. And when there's something that you feel so strongly about, listen to your heart and it will lead you to where you're exactly meant to be. A place where you would be happily living the meaningful and impactful life.

This is what I call the perfect rainy day outfit. Simply substitute the boots for your favorite pair of rain boots. I love how cute this outfit come out.

It has always been a pet peeve of mine seeing people wear a long dress with their boots, I never thought they could work well together. (I am not a "stylist" by any means, but I do apologize for (maybe) over judgmental- I admit it).

Fall is finally here (not sure if this good though, this also means that I only have two more months/less to start paying my loans..oh god, think positive!) and it is one of my favorite seasons, along with spring!! Fall signifies change, I need some change in my life, and hopefully for the better.

Three months has passed by since my college graduation, it's terrifying to face the fact that I have yet to land an interview.. which led me to conclude that post grad depression is hitting home hard.

Well, my life is as normal or as abnormal as it could be.  What is insane is that I am getting back into blogging and thinking about how time flies.. because two months of my life just flew by without leaving me any clue of what living should be like....and...HOW in the world that my college graduation was TWO months ago??! I miss that day a lotssss!! Excuse my language but the thought of this is fcking making me go insane!!!! If I were to be real honest with you, I have taken my post grad life slowly...real slow, perhaps too slow SMH!!! I haven't applied to a single job after graduation, and that, to me, is more insane. Well, I am making my parents go nuts haha. Anyhow, my (shortest term) goal for now is to apply to as many jobs as I can before another month or week creeps up. And btw, I am now learning to be my own biggest supporter, everything takes time and so I should give myself space and time. Thus, I am wishing myself the best of luck with everything to come.

Now............I apologize for not writing a post for more than a month.. cuz I honestly haven't put any thought into what I wanted to write, I went crazy over internship searching, attending summer & night school for the first time in my life...it has been pretty hectic and I dont know, not being to able to get an internship that I so ever wanted had been seriously giving some time and thoughts about what I could do with my life.. anyway, let me just move on with what I want to touch on in this post...insecurities.

On a side note, I hate to commit to writing a "planned" blog post, because I am such a procrastinator and I would feel so much pressure to get it done in a timely manner. I am already pressured enough with all these school work that I have. So I apologize in advance. Also, I feel that more true feelings out come from a random blog.

YAY!! I am back!!!! after.................................. (almost two months), SORRY! Schoool takes up all of my time T_T! Now that I am back, how proud are you of me? (JK!) I am just on a little break that I needed so badly!! I literally worked my @ss off when I had two exams and one paper in the week before my break---for the first time in my college career that I had so many things going on in one week (I hope I at least did okay).....and so that was my little update on my college life (of course there are a lot more but there's no need to go too deep in, heheh..)

Alright, let me show you some of my favorite, casual outfits I've wearing for the fall (my favorite season!!).

When it comes to fall, I am all about my combat boots, earthy-tone cardigans and scarfs! I don't want to sound repetitive but I am one broke college student, so I love mixing and matching pieces to create new outfits, and that's how I roll, whether you agree with  my ways of pairing things or not, I hope you get some ideas on how you can make more wear out of your fall/winter pieces. They all are just my eco-friendly tips. I am not one that follow trends and buy new pieces whenever they out come, but I do buy ones that are more versatile and budget-friendly.

This is an old pair that I've had for more than 2 years now. I am sooooooooo sad that they are getting so torn up though, cuz I wear them for at least 4 times a week since they are fast to put on and  I can think of so many outfits to wear with them!! They've seriously been through the thick and thin with me :(.

It has been quite a while since my last post. I have been extremely  busy with getting ready for my junior year of college in the past few days, it was indeed very hectic. This is probably the last post for let's say.. a couple of weeks. I've been meaning to post these pics up days before, but I slacked, forgive me.

This is WRONG, so wrong... I came across this news and  I am totally SHOCKED, knowing that 'animal side' of ours could be so cold.. so cold that it burns.

As many of you know, America is known as the "land of freedom”, and of course I couldn't agree more when I came from a country that wasn't so 'free'. Yes, freedom is great, it gives you a sense of more opportunities and options as to what you want to do and what you are allowed to do. But sometimes 'freedom' can get TOO free.

When I took an intro to philosophy course as a freshman, WOW! it was eye-opening and soooo life-changing shall I say. I loved that topic, that deeper and meaningful thoughts on life and how to truly live our lives just BLEW my mind, I am kinda very into that stuff. Most of us seem to be blindfolded by this materialistic world of ours, it's hard for us to look beyond the true meanings in life and understand how we should really live it. Some people take life as a joke and choose to put their lives to waste. I mean there's nothing wrong with what YOU choose to do with YOUR LIFE as long as the life YOU choose to live doesn't interfere with what others choose to do with theirs. If there's a person who choose to live for his dream and travel across the globe in order to pursuit that dream, he's life should never be taken down by some people who apparently had NO LIFE. It's so very wrong that Christopher Lane's life + dream were lost in the hands of those who chose to no longer live a life- for that, they lost their hearts and souls. The reason that they gave- ('for fun') for their act was as meaningless as their lives, they saw taking away somebody's life as a THING - to them life is a THING, and NOTHING else.

It's very troublesome to me knowing that there are people out there who look at life as a 'thing' that can be taken away at anytime as one pleases.

How am i supposed to make sense of all this!! I feel like school is soo overwhelming!!  well, maybe I don't, I dont need to make sense of all this nonsense, i shall just let it be, let things happen and let them fall into where they belong...

I know, I understand that I can't force things to happen, I can only do the best on my part, everything else is then...fate, shall I say.
